1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Meet New Parents platform (the "Platform"), operated by Meet New Parents ("we," "us," or "our") as part of Community Holding Ltd. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

 

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the Meet New Parents website and all its features

  • "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform

  • "Premium Member" refers to any Member who has purchased a premium subscription

  • "Content" refers to any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, posted, or displayed on the Platform

 

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 The Platform is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

3.2 To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

 

4. User Content

4.1 You retain all ownership rights to any Content you submit, post or display on the Platform.

4.2 By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.

4.3 You are solely responsible for your Content and the consequences of posting it. We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without explanation or prior notice.

 

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

5.1 Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

5.2 Post, upload or share any Content that:

  • Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy

  • Contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts or is pornographic

  • Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, or hatred

  • Is known by you to be false, inaccurate, or misleading

  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right

5.3 Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

5.4 Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform

 

6. Premium Subscription

6.1 Premium subscription provides access to additional features, including messaging capabilities, event details, and discounted rates for service providers.

6.2 Payment options include:

  • One-month one-off purchase

  • Annual subscription, payable upfront in full

6.3 No refunds will be provided for any subscription purchases.

6.4 Members may cancel their subscription at any time but will not receive a refund for any unused portion of their subscription.

 

7. Marketplace

7.1 The Platform provides a listing service where Members can offer free items to other Members without charge.

7.2 We do not facilitate transactions and have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the items listed.

7.3 All arrangements for collection or delivery of items are made directly between Members, and we accept no liability for any issues arising from such arrangements.

 

8. Monitoring and Enforcement

8.1 We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or refuse to display any Content for any reason, including items listed on the marketplace which do not meet our quality standards

  • Take any action with respect to any Content that we deem necessary or appropriate

  • Take action to moderate members, including their removal

8.2 We do not undertake to review all Content before it is posted on the Platform, and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable Content after it has been posted.

 

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

9.2 We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9.3 We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms.

 

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms, without any refund of members’ unused subscription.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
